standard intake pipe from turbo loose

hey guys,

just bolting up the intake to the front house of the t3 and it doesnt clamp up tight, from new was there a rubber seal or somthing along those lines that went around it and created a seal which then you can clamp the intake pipe tight.

any help would be apreciated

yep theres a rubber kinda thing that sits in the intake elbow.It wont tighten up without it.
