    Default boot leak

How would you go about fixing a boot leak? i took off the rubber seal around the boot and its rusted around the edges and water gets through. dont have the money to get it done at paint and panel place, but i thought i might be able to do something myself, any ideas? i did use 100 m/ph tape and that helps i bit, cheers guys
