have you tryed the ignition module because i bought my first car recently and it needed a ingition module because it wouldnt start, it would try to but no luck then when we put the new one on it started first time and it only cost $80

well it sounds like a similar problem and my mechanic said when i was getting the ignition module that if its starting but not turning over that its one of the first things you check so thats my guess on it

Hi all i had same problem with my old vl had spark and petrol just wouldnt kick over i spent hours looking at it only to find when i was changing the plugs i cracked the line that goes from the rocket cover to the intake tubing (one that goes at the back of the rocket cover and neer the throttal body) turns out wasnt getting correct air mixture and wasnt firing replaced it with garden hoes off she went no probs at all

could be as simple as that had me spinning for a bit hope it helps

I doubt it is the dizzy, it has to be a fuel delivery problem. Check your fuel pump or the regulator. Also muffman's suggestion makes a lot of sense.
