as above, How do I tighten the alternator belt?

look at the alternator mounting. it has a slide bolt mounting bracket. simply loosen the bolt and get somebody to use a screw driver/jimmy bar etc to pry the alternator to tighten the belt you can use your hands but you want it tight.......simply tighten the bolt in the slide mounting bracket.
