calais front wiring

just wondering how to wire up the pop ups? the front ive got has 3 wires.. and wonder where they hook up to..

one wire is + to flip the pop-ups up
one wire is - (ground) for both up and down
one wire is + to push the pop ups down

cant remember the colours at the moment
