Help with Auto Wiring

hey guys ive gone from having my car manual ( org) and im going to make it a auto

but the thing that is stuffing my head is the wiring for the auto ecu

do i need to replace my whole interior loom or just plug in the ecu wiring

any help or feedback or even pics and digrams would be great

why would you want the slushbox auto???
