1986 purple vl
it has central locking with 2 remotes, alarm/imobiliser
series 2 dash including volts, tacho, temp, oil pressure, speedo and fuel gauges and digital clock
its an auto with recon motor done only 564 hundred k's not thousand
lowered professionaly that is street leagal
15 inch mags (Have 4 But only 2 on car as other 2 need tires)
3inch exhaust from cat back with dump pipe (Sounds tuff)
has a pod filter
Has the serious 2 motor which is an A8 motor not an A6, so would be great for a turbo conversion as you wouldn't have all the hassels like the A6 motors as you have to drill out the block for the oil and water lines.
Has a custom parcel shelf with 4 6by9's and covered with black material
Brand new front bumper bar
Instead of momo wheel i got a woodgrain one
New Tyres
The motor thats in it now before the rebuild i took it to adelaide with a trailer and picked a car up and drove all the way back, didnt have any dramas at all with it

NOTE:
Around the boot where it is silver this is where i have fixed the rust and will now only require painting, i have sprayed it in silver with the silver spray paint, and also before painting it in silver i put anti rust paint on cant think of what it is called

id take a look at the other car in person before u do a swap u never know what youll find.. and take note what u see in the car cause it might not be there when u get it

Yeah thats wat was gunna do its diesel to so im not sure, gunna take a trip and have a geeze at it and see whats wrong get engine and chasis numbers take em to vic roads and do a check

diesel gemi, lol, dont bother unless you're gonna do an engine conversion or something

The VL will have around 500kg of extra scrap which is worth another $40 or so. The gemini is probably 90% rust which is worth nothing.

i know its a 5speed manual runs on diesel 9months reg flat red 190,000ks 16inch astra 5spoke mags, needs to front indicator lights , he just replaced the diff rear tailights comes with sub amp 2 6by9's kenwood mp3 head unit

thats all i know so far until i go have a look

what do you reckon if its good condition ie not rust etc etc, get it coz i have two other vls plus the walky <profile pic and put an rb30 in it with a 5speed and turbo it????

YES!
check the gemini out real good for rust mainly in the boot floor area they always rust out.
gemini "diesel" is one of the most gutless cars on the road 0-100k's in 3.5minutes. fuel economy is not bad thou.

I helped my bro-in-law put a VP V6 into a TE Gemi, stock engine and turbo 700 and it went like a rocket. Didnt get further than running gear and brakes coz he rode it off on the street. Would of been an animal once we set up wheels and suspension, but it would just spin with stocky stuff and was hard to get it to hook up. Good burnout car the way it was but.

and if i do swap i have got another 3 vls so i would put the 5 speed i got in to this one and do that up

yeah i think rims come with it and the sound system too and its got about 8 months rego

just got off the phone with vic roads and they have it on system with a defect and registered as a petrol car not a diesel
