Exclamation Replaced The fuse Rail Now Shes Dead

HELP !!! my fuse rail, in the top right hand corner under the bonnet, blew a few fuses that melted and cracked the rail. Thinking it was an easy swap over i removed the old rail and reconnected a new one. Not touching anything but those 20 odd wires i reconnected everything to its correct place and put all new fuses in.

    Now the problem.

I have no fuel pump/level, oil level or display lights (reds). The dash is dead. Everything else is there... lights front and rear, spark from the battery, the engine turns over. But doesnt start. I've checked everything for a loose connection in that area but come up with nothing. The only thing i didnt do was disconnect the battery when i cut the wires, could this be a problem? Is it possible i have blow a fusable link a long the line?

Any help or suggestions would be great. Thanks

I would hazard a guess and say you may have blown the ECU. It could be something simple like the fusible link, it is the white plastic plug connected to the positive terminal. It usually is a thick yellow wire.

Or it could be something really simple like a bad connection or bad fuse.

Thats why u disconnect the battery. u may have earthed the wire accidently and fried the wire elsewhere. or blown ecu as stated...
