Default Changing shock absorber in pedders

hi, guys, just chnaged front shock absorber last week. but found the left and the right is quite different, the right is ok, very stiff, but the left is a bit jumpy and I can feel the vibration in the left. also the car shift to the left as well. to me brand new shock with standard high spring should not be like that. Any idea? they did not put the new shock in? they did the wheel alignment but I will bring the car back.

So someone else changed the shocks? I'd give it back to them and say "Fix it" well maybe in a much nicer way .

no, pedders changed it for me, supposed to be one of the best, but the one who did the job do not seems to be very experienced, they got a few young boys there.
