Racing cogs

hi all i have recently just brought a VR commodore for a daily drive so now its time to take the VL off the road for a little while so i can do what ive always wanted to do wither her...Drop a big V8 in it with supercharger and do a manual conversion....

but for now im after some info on racing cogs for her until i ahve the funds necessary to acheive my ultimate goal lol

so yeah any info on racings cogs and increasing the timing of the engine
im after info on pricing where i can buy them from what sort of improvements will i get? etc etc...

in advance seeing as studying takes all my time i hardly get on here thanks to anyone who can help me out!!!

racing cogs? Not too sure what your on about

Only cog thing i can think off which is like a cog is the cam shaft gear.
Which you can get adjustable cam gears

yeah thats alrite mate spoke to my friend and when she said cogs i had no idea what she was on about either but i asked her again and yeah she was talking about getting it cammed...would of been easier for her to say that lol
