all lights on

as soon as I connect the battery, all my lights inside the car turn on.
and my parking lamps to

i have replaced all globes and i believe it has something to do with my interior lamps

ok there is a switch that controls how bright the dash is its on the right side of the steering under the dash cluster and if its all the way up then thats your problem try moving it down a bit and if thats the problem it should then turn off

I have even replaced that switch. even disconnected the headlamps.
the interior lamps wont even dimm.

it seems that it has shorted out and has constant power
