    Question Problems with Lights

Hi, can someone help with a question I have with my lights. When I have my lights on normal beam (dip) my lights are very dull and hard to see? I find it a lot easier to use full beam all the time but people flash at me as they are too bright. Is there a reason this maybe like this as it's only been in the last few months i have noticed this?
    Thanks heaps VL Chicky

if its still OK on high beam, probably you just need new lightglobes, can be tricky to fit, dont touch any part of the glass or quartz unless wearing clean gloves, check all electrical connections for corrosion or dirt, remember its all over 20 years old

Its a common problem for the chrome inside to fade to murky yellow over time. So if thats the problem then new headlights will be the way to go. Enhances the look too (See pic above) good stuff man

most auto parts store here can get them for you. I'm not sure what the cost is for you but find out, I may be able to freight a set over to you. dependant on cost....but a new set of headlights and bulbs will blow your mind.

Heya, thanks BlueVL (nice car).... I have a spare set of guinue headlights in storage. I have the complete front end of my car in storage LOL (yeah real car chicky). I am gonna sell this though as i have insurance and at the end of the day it's taking up space. LOL
I think I might have a look at my other lights and take them apart and clean them out maybe replace the crome inside. Can you put the awesome blue lights into the original headlights? Thanks Juels

I went for a set of HIDs in low/hi and hi Yep, nice and blue ...more to the point, I can poke holes in the retinas of little fluffy wuffy bunny rabbits right before I make them a member of the round rubber ring squad!......ok, look, I try not to hit them. They make a mess of the pearl paint work.
