    welcome it looks nice
the front and rear window openings were left as bare metal and rust under the glass is a problem
get an engine imobiliser as VLs are very easy to steal, Ive inscribed my license number on all my panels and the floor of my VL

    stay with us
all plastic including the bumper bars is probably very brittle and breaks easily

Haha cheers mate, do you believe its value for money? and immobilizes do shit when they drag your car onto the bed of a f350 with a winch.

haha, 3 RAA vans and couldnt get it moving, lol.
I have a rhino- I think its really good, the central locking with keyless entry makes it look pretty pro!
Only cost like 300 to get it installed, did the central Locking myself, not too hard
You can also put in a fuel cutout switch, one saved my brothers VL when he was at work- he heard a car turning over for like 10 minutes and not going, so he went out to help, the guy in the car said he didnt want help and was "picking the car up for a mate". He mentioned it was his car- he pulled a knife, my brother ran inside to get help and he was gone when he got back. He had a club lock on the car, which the guy nicked off with... so the 45 bucks saved his car. He also must have had the right key- no sign of breaking in thru the door or hot wiring- pretty scary :S

anyways, thats my rant, and also a bit on why I hate those who steal/ break into our pride and joy.
Immobiliser and fuel coutout all the way!

I am currently, Police offer that i spoke with about the whole thing (The one who gave my car away) said that i had informed him that i had sold the VN to this guy. He is trying very hard to cover his ass so before i can lodge for any legal action i need to make myself in the clear and prove it was the police officer's fault... taking its time... in away im thinking of scraping the idea.. car in there eyes would only be worth 3-5 grand so thats all i would get back from the Police.

3-5grand is better then nothing , if legal action is taking to long try to strike a deal with the cop.... surely they must of confiscated a nice car recently

Haha... its honestly not the money or another car, i bought that car at 15 years old... and put so much into it... had people try and roll me over it... slept in it.... lived in it... hooked up with the first girl in it.

Putting it all behind me, and time to start putting some time and love into this VL... i pulled off the plenum today and changed the injectors over.

Still running atad lumpy needs a tune and i wouldn't know where to start.

Hmm I bought some maneul cost me fifty bucks got a fair bit in it, the tuning screw on the back of the plenum is what I been playing with but need a tacho meter, the more time I spend on it the better it's running.

make sure ur clamps are tight around the air intake, leaks can cause crap idle behind the afm.

Work work work ATM haven't had much play time, and I'm now kicking myself i didn't replace the spark plugs and leads while i drained the cooling system and took off the plenum.

Will get around to it all very soon, currently taking out front window to reset/anti rust it while I'm there... doing the same for the back after.

Also building a vent sub box for an alpine type R 12 inch i have lying around, measured and rated to 2 cubic feet so will go very hard and nice... willing to give it to someone who is willing to come and give us a hand fixing up the idling issues.

Im in the capital of Porn, Fireworks and legal weed....

And its Saturday! yay no work i was having a fiddle checking some things, and all is tight and on... CAS is clean no dirt or anything... but when i take off the computer lead behind the air box that goes onto the air intake it idles fine and runs awesome...

Any ideas? its not leads or sparks.... and all is tight.
