VL door hinge pins?
what am I doing wrong?
I removed a plastic cap from both the top, and bottom of the hinge, where the pin goes though, got all ready with my hammer and punch, only to find that I can drop a nail straight through the hole in the hinge..
ah, am I doing something wrong?lol

The pins are indeed hollow ,They are made of spring steel and have a groove cut in them from top to bottom .Use a drill bit just a fraction smaller than the hole in the hinge .

knock them out from below, dont drill out
you should support the door to stop it falling
I ended up just leaving the doors on, and working around the fact that the holes to run cables were too small
