Without a wiring diagram handy I can only say, start pulling things apart and test with a multimeter.. Process of elimination I'm afraid to see if the old wiring has failed somewhere.. Would start looking in place relating to wire movement or heat like the level position sensor..

Does it pop a fuse if it's in the "on" position.

if no, Is it manual? roll start to see if it runs.. this will give you a few more ideas I'm sure.
    Cheers,

    Dave

so the car doesn't actually start? need a bit more information.. but in the book it says fuse 11 relates to the window module, transmission and neutral safety switch... is it auto?

you should NOT be using higher rating amp fuses to stop it from blowing that means it will burn out somewhere else along the wire now and cause more dramas.. isolate the problem and fix it..
thats what fuses are for man they r a fail safe if there is a short it blows at fuse and not elsewhere

Yeah cheers every1 for your input aye, its an auto, and won't even try to turn over just pops on ACC, were would i find the (Neutral Controll Switch and Level Position Sensor), and also try'd a higher fuse just incase but still pops. Like b4 the fuse started popping it struggled to start so i thought i might of needed new spark plugs, so i replaced em and still struggled to start. Had another look around for anything loose or dodgey and try'd to start it once more and thats when the fuse popped, and kept popping. Really starting to piss me off lol.
