Maybe vacum leak or something

Ok i had to change heads on the vl before i changed the head, the vacum was on about 20 at idle

since i have changed the head it sits on about 15-18 on idle..

it also idles a little rough, never had this head running on other engine, but it did have a turbo bolted to it with previous owner,

would a lumpier cam then stock cause it to have a different vacum reading at idle?
or is this just a vacum leak somewhere???

you may has split a line somewhere in the changeover or missed a line
cracked a "T" piece possibly

u replace the gasket around the rocker cover?

nopes its nealy brand new anyways was only put on not that long ago!
