    Default engine miss

before the weekend, i noticed a dead spot between 4000rpm and 5000rpm.....i let it go over the weekend and i drove it to work today and the dead spot turned int a bad miss(like i was hitting a rev limiter)also the tacho seems to jump around a lot whereas it has never done it before.....anyone got any ideas.....i think it's either a realy, bad fuel or something like that but i have to wait until the weekend to find out for sure...i hate winter....wake up in the dark, get home in the dark and can't work on my car

hmm, ignition would be under load mostly, i would start with fuel filter which is under rear of car near tank. Take it off and tip it up with fuel tank end facing groun\d, see if black crap comes out or really dark fuel but im talking chinks. Sounds like not enough fuel getting in me thinks but while ur at it, check fault codes on ECU.

Search on here for fault codes if u dont know how.
If you want more inches, STROKE IT!
