Which one would/SHOULD win in a race?
(curious)
i would imagine the RX8 would because my mums forester can keep up with my car (havent actually tested but ive driven her car enough to know)
Horses for courses. You are comparing a sports car to a family car.
RX8 barp barp barp barp barp
{H1GHROLLR} CHEMICALLY SUPERCHARGED A.K.A NITROUS FED R8 CLUBBY and {HYPED UP} TWIN TURBO VX SS DAILY
depends on the cars at hand, turbo, charged, v8 vl, etc etc. all being stock from the facroty the lude and the rx8 would both kick the ass of a vl and the rx8 would kill the lude.
what is an rx8 and prelude?
1988 VL Berlina turbo 5 speed

1987 VL SL turbo 5 speed ~STOLEN~

Mazda RX8 and a Honda Prelude
If they are all autos Prelude is probably the fastest, not far behind the RX8 and about 500 car lengths behind the VL, most new 1.5 litre hatchbacks can hand it to a VL over 0-100
depends if the vl happens to be falling off a cliff though during the race...id the missus berina would take a stocko vl
Rotary for sure RX8 twin rotors
go the wankel engine
A VL had ~155HP when it left the factory.
A late model Astra makes something in the region of 140HP and weighs considerably less.
The result?
Your stock VL will get beaten in a drag race by a new Astra.
It's as if society expects me to act like a cockmongler when I'm driving the Commodore. People always look at me weird when I go the speed limit, or indicate for more than 2.5 clicks or accelerate moderately off the lights... wtf
A stock VL would get beaten by most new 4 cylinders, but I would still rather a VL. There's more to cars than how fast they are over a certain distance.
