vl wont start with AFM plugged in

i've been trying to get my vl (non turbo) to start. it will start no problems with the AFM unplugged, but wont rev. then as soon as i plug it in again it stalls and wont start again.

and if i do manage to get it started, it sounds like the timing is out and just stalls again, but i've adjusted the timing already.

i've checked the codes and i get 12, 14, 24, 31, and 32.

12, afm circuit
14, speed sensor circuit
24, neutral start switch circuit
31, satisfactory non a/c, non satisfactory a/c
32 starter signal circuit.
I would start with a working air flow meter.

thats exactly what an AFM does when it is stuffed.... idles when unplugged plug it in while idleing and stalls, cant rev it
Thats the afm bruz. i gone through 3 AFM in the 8 years i have had a vl

does the vl rb30e afm plug straight onto a rb30e from r31 im pritty sure mines stuffed as idles but when accelerator is pressed chocked n splutters
