1987 vl exeutive stalling

Hi, I am having a problem with my vl executive. When I start the car it runs fine until I stop at the lights. It idles rough and wants to stall. Sometimes it does. After I turn it off then after a while turn it on again it is guarenteed to stall when I stop. Please help me as I love my car and worry everytime I go out now.

had the same problem on a gemi i used to have a couple years back. got rid of it and never found out. is it startin ok?

It starts fine at first. When I turn it off then come back after a few minutes and turn it back on it stalls

I had this problem with the VK.. Turned it out was the battery crossed with insufficent octane (the octane wouldnt apply to you)

How old is your battery?

The battery is about 4 years old
