    Default a few things

the oil pressure gauge needle jumps all over the dial on my 6cyl, is it likely to be the gauge or the sender or both?

it seems the calais has a low cooling system water level warning light, is it possible to install this in a berlina?

how long does the computer generally last and can you tell if its gone into limp home mode?

If the blinker switch wont self cancel, you probably dont need a new switch, there are 2 small springs in the switch and they eventually break, my holden dealer still had some in stock for $1.50 each

mate i think from memory if u short the oil gauge wire to the block it will read full voltage, id go for a new switch m8.

If its reading maximum.. It sounds like the the cluster has been changed and its not wired up at all yet. It's just a matter of connecting a blue wire from the plenum to the sender on the block.
