Ecu Swap Over

i was just wondering if it would make much difference if i swaped my stock na ecu with a turbo one as i have supercharger kit from crs in my car i'm currently having a turbo auto gearbox put in and was thinking put the ecu in aswell any input would be much welcome.

hey im looking at getting a supercharger kit from CRS next week. off topic, but can u tell me how they perform and what u changed in the car to suit supercharger? diff, brakes, etc etc, computer. and also where did u put the power steering and aircon?
