Blew My RB30!!!

hey ppls i just blew my engine and head to bits on my beloved vl 86. straight 6!

basically i have a few options i can see:

get a shitty engine from wrecker - $1150
get a recon put in - $2600
or do i just go the full option complete new engine and head port n polished new pistons stage 2 cams and everything bored out n all done - $5200

these are the quotes i have i have for everything full installed i really would love the power factor from the 3rd option and then its alot easier to put a turbo on once i get my full licence in a year.. but is it worth the money..
car already has headers, egsaust sytem, good LSD and a one pice tail shaft, new t05 gearbox, nex xready clutch all new suspention coils, struts, shocks and springs. and is sitting on 19s

any help would be greatly appreciated

find a motor online, a lot cheaper than wreckers

$1150 for a second hand motor god they can see you coming.id pay max $200 for a second hand motor. and as for $5200 you could build a turbo motor or buy a realy decent setup for that amount.

dont know what the hell. if your willing to pay that much invest your money in me. we will be able to get 4 engines

$200-$300 for a second hand engine & lets say $500 to get someone to fit it!
$5200 you will get a good turbo'd calais and put your bits on it and have a PRIZE.
ask around for more quotes cos you are getting screwed by whom ever quoted you.
