how many k's?

just wondering how many km's the average vl commodores motor should last.
any help is appreciated

head gaskets and heads usualy go round the 200km mark

nah man i have had a vl until 450,000k's and the head was as good as gold man. as long as you bleed the system correctly and change the coolant regulary your right

Yep ive seen em with orig motors and 600,000 plus and still going like new.

im waiting for my gasket to go.... mine has over 300,XXX and still going strong at 6psi Boost
dont care if engine goes got another in shed and another at stepdads house with 120,XXX out of an R31 skyline.

and use all have owned these cars since 0 kms and or you all have full service history?id sey not so you prob wont know what has been done chances are they have had heads/gaskets replaced.

true that i looked at my service history from when it was new and there was like about 12 logbook services through from new and through 90's hahah
