how to remove vl nose cone

hi guys,
ive bought a calais front end. pop up lights. how the hell do i get the screws on the side of the normal cone off ? i cant seem to figure it out.

Take out the headlights and there are two bolts in behind them on each side.

how do i take out the lights ?is it the screws inbetween the nose cone.

screws on top of headlight and behind the front centre strip above front bar

something tells me I also had to drop the bumper to release the side bolts... shame, it was only two weeks ago and I really can't remember! See, I had to remove the bumper anyway but I just don't remember, but don't be surprised if you find yourself taking off the bumper also.
