Just wondering if its safe to put that e10 shit into the vl, mines non turbo and its like the only thing all the servos sell in canberra nowadays. So yeah is it safe and will it affect it over time?
cheers

You should be fine to run it in a stocker.
my 2 cents worth,
my vl sedan I had ran no different with no problems at all on the e10 fuel,
the vl wagon I drive now hates the sh!t and runs like there is water in the tank. it took me 3 wks to sort it out after I got the wagon.
here in Adelaide it is 2cents cheaper (and on some days the same price) than unleaded, so stuff it the savings aren't worth the hassle just like the "save 4c per litre shopper dockets" what a waste of paper.
I'm on the fence!
Nobody wants to play with me
My experience it made my N/A run poorly. Now i can run no less then 98 premo in my vlt.

I would be a good idea to have a fuel filter ready to change if you run E10 . It seems to loosen up any water or crap in your fuel tank which then blocks your fuel filter. Normally the first tank of E10 will get rid of all the crap in your tank so change the fuel filter then and all should be good.
Cheers for all the advice and to be honest i think ill just play it on the safe side and find a close by servo that sells the normal unleaded
