VN-VS auto shifter into VL?
i'm thinking about replacing my auto gearstick with one from a VN-VS. i've seen it done in a VL before and know that ill have to rewire the PWR button to a switch, but does anyone know ifs its hard to do? the reason i want to do it is because the top of mine keeps coming off, and glue isnt holding it down. cheers.
to much work bud the vl tou saw was probably efi &turbo700 . a vn 4 speed box and motor
yeah the other end of the shifter (under the trans tunnel) sits on the passenger side of the gearbox, whereas all auto gearboxes in the vl from factory that end is on the driver's side of the box.
This is good site to watch.I found it informative as I have been researching a lot lately on such matters such as you talk about.
