    at idle???
this could be that the throttle cable has been tightened or the screw under the throttlebody butterfly control has be tightened hence holding the throttle plate open.
or the idle screw on back of plenum has be adjusted

Also Make sure there's no leaks between the AFM (air flow meter) and the throttle body. (make sure all the hose clamps are tight).

must be the idle screw at the back of the plenum then
or somebody has adjusted the other idle screw under the throttle body stop to hold open the throttle plate slightly(should not have touched this)

adjusting the screw on the throttle body is a big NONO! better hope it is the idle adjusting screw on the back of the plenum.
Nobody wants to play with me
