    Default VL stalling

There is probably a thread about this but I don't know how to do a search.. Any help would be much appreciated

My VL... aka Christine, has had unsolved dramas since beginning of the year... 2 cas, and multiple afms have failed to fix the problem.. it has rough idle.. now you have to keep your foot on accelator or it will stall... is at the 2nd mechanic and they have no idea what the problem is... ecu has been checked, all compression is fine.. cas is new, so is afm.... its not drivable, it is rough the whole time.. sorry if its not the best description but i have no idea.. am about to burn it.. will look at every idea thanks guys

    TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) Blueylj

check AAC valve and electrical plug, and clean if necessary as well as there could be an air leak in the air piping between AFM and Throttlebody as well as vacuum leaks(use a Vacuum gauge for a measurement should be around -20psi at idle),
    Air Reg,
    Fuel Reg as well,
    Corrosion on electrics,
dirty throttlebody and inlet runners from excess Blowby where oil gets into the intake through PCV Valve (Positive Crankcase Ventilation Valve) (from rocker cover to plenum little rightangle hose at front ) to burn off , this causes some problems. Take off throttle body and plenum and give it a clean out. easy job does not take long at all(get it shining take out throttle plate and polish)
Try cleaning dizzy cup and rotor(Scuff with sandpaper lightly on rotor arm and inspect dizzy contacts inside cup for white powder/pitting and replace if necessary)
    this should clear it..
thats what i do and it works
and throttle is more responsive and eliminates take off stutter.
    Goodluck
Let us know how u went.
