    Default VL gearbox help.

    hey guys, i was doing a service on my auto and had a nut fall in the valve body, i pulled it out and had a ball bearing and two little caps move out of place...i have pics indicating the spring positions and a pic with the bearing and two little cap things...any help?



    1: where i think one thing went?
    2: whole thing
    3: big spring
    4: small spring
    5: silver big cap, black little cap and ball bearing
    6: same as before, different light.

    Green standard steering wheel...Green lower B-pillar covers.
    Green sunglasses holder/lower dash bits...Air-con and assorted engine bay parts.

    anyone know of someone that might have a manual or exploded view guide to these gearboxes?
    Need some parts for my VH 253:
    Green standard steering wheel...Green lower B-pillar covers.
    Green sunglasses holder/lower dash bits...Air-con and assorted engine bay parts.

    haha ouch, id b so pissed, go to a mechanics and they should gladly pop it in??

    yeah bought an ellerys manual...still nothing...pretty annoyed right now.

    yeah, i got the rebuild manual for it, but it shows how to get the whole body out with out separating it...if only i'd known.

    i'm looking at getting a few parts cars, one with a turbo kit, so it might be time to hurry that plan up so i can drive it again.
