    8's are cool but you struggle to keep them quiet and un-noticed like the rb's.

    if you want reliability and still some ok power go efi v8.im way over the rb30et and got 90% of my stuf sold.once i find a k frame im droping in my injected v8.the wiring looks like a peice of piss its mainly cuting and shuting wires from the v8 loom to efi relay and fuel pump relay then a hand full of other wires after that.

    RB30 is plently reliable. Why down grade to a 5L. They sounds fast but thats about it. If you go v8 do the ls1 conversion.

    lol at reliable.if your stock your nearly reliable.

    efi v8 for the win.drop a cam bump up the compresion put on a hi rise and smash the rb's lol

    i had to laugh at RBs being reliable as i have had nothing but trouble with mine and thats why im selling it and upgrading to a vy

    and i say drop a efi 5lt

    ute diffs are not irs so dont know why you couldnt.

    i know you can use vn vp kframes so im 99% sure a vs k frame would fit.

    im using a vn k frame

    Yeah i just figured that out lol after i posted. MEH! LOL.

    Yeah i know about the vn and vp k-frames.

    Im pretty sure they would be the same.


    Well i found a vs v8 manual ute but dunno weather to stay turbo or not might just sit on it for a bit longer, and put up an eoi for all my gear
