Is there just the one fuse box under the bonnet or is there also one that is supposed to be inside the car under the driver side dash?

theres only one in the engine bay.

as far as my 3 years of owning VLs go, theres only the one under the bonnet. Whats the problem? or have you found anohter fuse panel?

Only in series 1 VL's, in series 2 there is no relays there.
