VL Vents not blowing

Hi guys,
My Vl vents blow piss weak in the cabin. I mean the face,demister,and side vents blow realy soft when on number 4. But the footwell vents blow all the time when the fan is on. I took the control unit out today and there were 1 vaccumm hose on the back. Could this be it? I dont know where the lines go because i dont know wat number the vac lines are.

do you here a hissing sound from behind the controls when driving? there are about eight vacum lines on the back of the slide switch that all need to be connected, if the numbers have come off it will be trial and error to find which one goes where. and you should check that the line to the vacum ball is connected (behind front left side of the bumper.)

the line to the ball is conected, the lines were tied off when i got the car when the idiots put the head unit it. when i start the car with the lines untied there is one hosse that hisses. Where does that one go? How do i try each line?

that hissing line is the feed vacuum for the whole unit to work from the engine .... it will go to one of the pipes on the back of the control until switching disk,,,,
cant remember from the visual im my head i think it is a longer pipe from unit.... should be only one unplugged hose there put it back on and try it out..
