VL manual conversion

hey guys, just roughly wondering how much in the end will it cost to do a manual conversion on a holden VL. is there anything else involved besides, gearbox, flywheel, clutch, pedal, clutch master cylinder. was also curious, does an rb30 box bolt up straight from an r31? any information will be helpful at this time...

there is a thread on here about the whole conversion with pics and estimated times and so forth....
also bypassing the neutral start switch(relay near battery)
