engineering?

Hey,

I'm looking at converting from auto to manual. I already know what parts I need and how to do it.
Just want to know if it needs an engineer's certificate. I live in NSW as I'm sure the rules are different between states.

I'm pretty sure no engineers cert' is required auto to manual, give the rego authority a call and ask them, and I recommend you call them twice because if thier any thing like transport sa you may get two different answers depending on who you talk to.
