Just been thinkn latly on getting a vl sedan or wagon just wanted to know if there worth while as im gettn sick of the vk calais i got as in motor wise, i was going to convert it but than i could just get a vl which would be easyer an than sell the calais an spend what ever i get for that on the vl any thoughts?

To be honest it depends, does your VK have EFI or is it carby? Wait I'll take a step back, is it a I6 or a V8? Also what are you looking at in a VL? Executive? Calais? HDT?

IMO VL is a much better car, and it'd be cheaper to just sell VK/buy VL rather than do the transplant.. if you do sell the VK do it privately, I've been reading around here of car yards ripping people off

yeh its a 202 efi calais. im after a vl in berlina or calais but just an excutive. Last week i apply for a vs wagon an the car yard sais 1000 for mine so i thought about it over nite an told them to shove it the next day
