    Default installing extra gauges

I want to put in some extra gauges, where does the power come from, can power be taken off the back of the cigarette lighter?

also how can the gauge lights be connected to the instrument panel lighting system?

the temp gauge on my VL is ahrd to see in daylight, being in the shadow

Ideally a engine temp gauge with a warning buzzer would help as a loss of cooling system water can happen suddenly

im pretty sure you can get power from any accessory wire... the cigarette lighter would work for this
