    Default Rust

    hi guys.. just wondering if anything can be done to the vl if rust has appeared.. ive seen some cars with small patches of rust. can they be fixed easily or does it take time, money effort etc...

    it can be fixed... best thing 2 do it cut it out and re weld a new bit in but if its only small (and depending where it is) u can get away with cutting it out and boging it up. I do mine all myself. Its not that hard just have 2 know ur way around a welder or bog lol
    Wrecking VL factory V8 only a few bits left still have full dash/crash pad
    and have a vk 202 motor and 5 speed Make an offer want it gone

    it also depends on how bad it is as well if its only surface rust you can get away with using a wire wheel on it and then put some rust converter on it and then priming and painting as normal

    when I first got my VL I had a problem with patchs of rust appearing along the sills and in the boot area, I did this and it's worked a treat
