    Default Dismantle or resurrect

I have a spare white colour (most popular choice) VL 1987 which is missing:
    o2 sensor
    crank angle sensor
front bumper (6 plastic pieces and steel mounts)
    Head lights

Holysht - sounds like a burial is in order.

What do you reckon it would cost for all these bits - don't worry I'm responsible for my money spent - if you could throw some numbers my way it would help me confirm my estimates from ebay.

headlights.. second hand from a wrecker would be the way to go. 50 bucks for the two maybe.. maybe each depending on the wrecker.

front and rear bumpers.. 70 bucks each from a wrecker.

crank angle sensor, entire new dizzy from a wrecker, 130 new from forums.

02 sensor.. 70 new.. i would of given you my old one but i threw it in the bin. from a wrecker, maybe 20 bucks..

You could get away with it all quite cheap

My friend once had a bright orange Datto 180B that'd been stacked at the front. He went to his local Repco and bought a cheap trailer indicator and somehow attached that to the front of his car (probably pop-rivetted). Dunno why but it got an instant canary when the cops pulled him over!

Like the datto story - the go might be a couple of tyres - like on the wharf - to give some collision properties . Also a trailer light plate like on the back of a boat - plug her straight in and off you go - NT inland would be fine - sydney area may go for a row of houses

Front bumper (7pcs), lights (4pcs), air condensor, gril, steering wheel, bonnet cable, throt cable and left mirror - I paid $110 - so there is some chance of a reassembly.

All I need is a cheap CAS - if there is such a thing.

130 for a kit. Or you could get a second hand distributor
