Hi,
I have been told that it is possible to adjust the camshaft on the VL engines by advancing one tooth of the camshaft. Is this possible, and what modifications need to be done.
I have a younger brother who wants to do this to his VL, but is having troubles starting it when he has tried it. Wonders if there is anything else that needs to be done.
Thanks,

would it be easyer to advance the timing![]()
one word DUMB???? problem starting. the reason being is your throwing the timing out way out thats why it will kickover funny you can only addust the cam on the rb25 heads with the twin cam and to do it on the 35 single cam heads you need to spend a bit of cash and but the addjustable cam teeth from a performance shop set ya back bout 450 i think
