VL cargo barrier???

hi guys. i just got a VL wagon and i also got mmy hands on a milford cargo barrier but i cant figure out how to put it in. any ideas??

they are about $140 to have installed correctly, I rang milfords a couple of years back to buy one for the same reason (Bullmastiff and 2 small kids) I laughed when they told me the barrier is $595 + $138 installed, I paid $1000 for the car, lol.
