how to put a tacho into a vl???

hey i got a vl and want to put a tacho into it.
ive all the power and ground wires pluged in but cant find where to put the wire to get the revs working could any1 tell me please

Mate do a search
It has been covered many times..
All u need to do i attach signal wire to coil.
Do it in your Dash cluster wiring man u can find it in there as well and is neater.(main plug in the dash cluster wide one)
Its the Brown with a red stripe wire.
or is it the Purple with black stripe wire.
Try either and watch your tacho.
