It's be 63.. Unless you want to drain your tank completely you'll never be able to put 63 in.

yes.they all do it.Start worrying when they dont hum & gargle.Dont forget, the fuel lines & the swirl pot hold fuel too. I've been told upto 3litres.I think its more like 2. Want to hear something stupid? I used to borrow my mates series 2 calais before i bought mine,Guess how i found out the series 1 doesn't have a low fuel light?

i dunno if you can fix it, even on more modern jappas they tend to sway about slightly when you corner and hit the anchors. ive got a 96 barina aswell and its fuel guage is really shocking, it only gives a true reading when youre standing still

Dont know. Probably not.I was reading lastnight in an old street machine mag about the police interseptors.Apparently they had a 70 ltr tank.

Your VL should have 1. All the ones I have seen have them.

Mine has 1 in the middle at the bottom between the Speedo and the RPM Meter.

Only series 2 calais have fuel lights as far as I know.
Along with a low coolant warning light.
