You can use a drill bit or something similar and use it as drift to knock it out . the pins are a couple of buck each. Make sure you wear safety glasses .

i made up a tool with a piece of threaded rod from bunnings, i put on some small nuts then filed them so thay fitted into the hinge, the rod was about 18in long, then put on the head of a knock hammer with a couple of large washers then used it like a slide hammer worked a treat make sure you use plenty of wd40 to lossen the the pins the pins only come ouy one way i think the top one is down and the bottom pin up

I can not beleive how hard this job is.. im trying at the moment and have only managed to get 2 doors off. using a hammer and flathead screwdriver and a centre punch thing. the bottom pins are near impossible! anyone know where to buy new pins from?

Holden sell the pins .Give them a good spray with some WD 40 and let them soak overnight . The bottom pins will come out easier if you knock them up from the under the hinge then grab it with a pair of multi grips then hit them with a hammer. After being in the hinge for 20 odd years they tend to get rusted in .Its best to use something that is just a tad smaller that the hole in the hinge but not too small as the hinge pin is made of spring steel with a slot cut down the entire length and if you use something too small it spreads the pin open and it get jammed.
