Default Fusable links or blown relay

SO i had some trouble with some melted fuses on the fuse block. I fixed them but now my fuel pump doesn't work. The pump was replaced about a month ago so i dont think it that. I think it might be a blown relay or fusable links. The car cranks but no fuel will come out when i took the hoses off. The only thing i touched since it was running was the fuse block. So i think the problem is somewhere in there.

My question is how do you test a relay and where are the fusable links?

Just swap the relay over with the A/C one and try again....

The fusable links are in the main battery lead just in from the + terminal
I was confused now I'm just not so sure!!

    RIP Peter (perfect) Brock....
