Default Another question about the Timing on a VL

SO I need to set the timing on my VL

And what Im after is a detailed description with what I need to do in a simple terms. I have no idea how to do it and as usual the max ellery manual proves to be useless. I want to get this done tomorrow if I can so I dont want to go buy another workshop manual.

Preferably no long/hard to understand words as im sleep deprived at the moment.

    cheers

heads back on. marker on the top pulley is facing directly upwards. Basically need to remove lower timing belt cover and then go from there. Belt has just been replaced.
