as topic states, just wanna get sum info on whats involved with fitting 19" wheels to a vl. and this thing needs to sit low (not just an average ride height).
currently guards have been rolled and have purchased a custom made adjustable panhard rod.
now, does the vl require a camber kit to fit 19's to the front (do they clear the springs/struts)? and what mods are required to drop the ass end as intended?
pics and info would be greatly appreciated.

do i need to cut into the inner side of the rear bumpers to allow for room?
It shouldn't be too bad. Being HSV wheels - the offset will be really really good and they'll sit nicely.
Panhard and Rolled guards should do it. I'm thinking there may be more too it. But thats all I can think of right now.
Rajab do it with their VL's using VX GTS 19's, but then thats a whole suspension package. Mind you nolothane is worth the money, and a panhard rod won't hurt.
