1800 for a kit. 600ish to do it yourself.. Both SC14. Small amount of power. Very minor though. If you wanted to supercharge it i'd go all the way with a bigger charger.

Me personally i would lean towards the idea of turbo charging. You have more options with boost control, intercooling Etc. As the supercharger puts a bit of a load on the engine due to powering it from the crank. But hey its your call
There are bolt on supercharger kits available. A good brand of Superchargers are the Paxton Kits (http://www.capa.com.au/paxton.htm) go there for the price lists.
Hope this helps and good luck champ.

(P.s i have uploaded some pics of a supercharged RB30 engine for an idea
as u can see the Aircon compressor has to be moved as well)

If your gonna run the CRS kit, don't bother with the decompression plate. The whole reason the RB30 reacts well to an SC14 is because of it's higher compression.

Exactly.. But it still runs out of puff. High Compression and low boost always works well.

And I wouldn't go the CRS kit, sure it looks tidy, but its not worth the additional 1000 dollars to do so.
