hazard lights not working

yup as it says above they dont work!

all my indicators work fine, but when you press the hazard button it does absolutely nothing- the fuse is fine...any ideas?

those buttons are pretty crappo, maybe its not pushing in properly. failing that i think there must be a relay for those. find and check

My 86 man vl's electrical faults were;

hazard light
highbeam
horn
interior light
rev gauge
boot release
dash clock

didn't work. I took it to an auto elec and he fixed it all up for $40.

did well to get all that done so cheap.
mine you one earth could have caused all that and taken the guy 12.3 seconds to fix.

still probably saved yourself alot of screwing around working it out

try replacing the switch, you should be able to get a replacement one from the wreckers.
