Vl Wagon

Hi Guys just a few questions

was looking at buying a vl wagon i dont know why but i like them....do they come out with the rb30????My brother works at a import place that does japanese half cuts will a rb25 or 26 fit strait in and how hard is it????

RB30 was the 6 on all models, so yep the wagons had RB30s too (with turbos across the range).. I'm fairly sure it will bolt straight in but not 100%.. best wait for someone with more experience to reply.. there were some people talking about turbo conversions here but it's an RB30ET.. have you considered buliding a hybrid RB30DET (26 head on 30 block) ?

whats the 26 head on a 30 blok go like .. im guessing that the 26 head bolts strait onto the 30 blok..

it pretty much does.....have to drill a hole for the second tensioner.....there are plenty of threads on the furum about it if you want to search for them. as for the 25/26 into the vl i think it is pretty much a straight swap!!

nah mate i didnt move my tensoner, i repalced the idler with another tensoner but used it as a moveable idler to move the belts apart
